How Kase Agent works
From your first description to a fully operational AI agent — here is exactly what happens at each step.
Describe your business
You tell us what your business does, what tools you use every day, and what you want your AI agent to help with. This can be as simple as a few sentences or as detailed as a full workflow walkthrough.
No technical knowledge is required. We ask plain-English questions and translate your answers into the agent configuration. You're describing a problem — we're building the solution.
Common inputs include: what products or services you sell, how you handle client communication, what repetitive tasks eat up your time, and which tools (Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, etc.) your team relies on.
We build your agent
Our team configures your agent using the Anthropic Claude API — the same model that powers many enterprise AI tools, accessed directly without markup on capability.
We write a custom system prompt that reflects your business context, brand voice, and workflow. We connect the tools you listed during onboarding and verify everything behaves correctly before handing it over.
Standard agents are configured and live within minutes of signup. Custom agents go through a discovery call first, then a 3-7 day build window depending on complexity.
Connect your tools
After your agent is configured, you'll authorize the integrations you want active. Standard connections — Gmail, Google Calendar, and web search — are available immediately.
Tool connections are handled through secure OAuth flows. You authorize Kase Agent to act on your behalf; we never store your credentials directly. Permissions can be revoked at any time from your account dashboard.
Custom agents can integrate with additional tools: CRMs, project management platforms, Slack, or any service with an API. These are scoped during the discovery call and built into the initial configuration.
You run it, we maintain it
Once live, your agent is available through a simple chat interface. Ask it to draft an email, pull your schedule for the week, research a topic, or generate content — it handles the task and returns results in seconds.
We monitor uptime, update the underlying model when improvements are available, and push maintenance releases without interruption to your service. You don't need to manage infrastructure or worry about API changes.
Custom plan subscribers can submit feature requests at any time through the feature request pipeline. We evaluate requests, scope the work, and ship improvements on an ongoing basis.
What your agent can do
Standard agents include these tools at launch. Custom agents can be extended with anything your workflow requires.
Web search
Searches the web in real time to answer questions, research companies or people, find pricing, or surface current information.
Email drafting
Drafts replies, composes cold outreach, summarizes long threads, and generates follow-up emails in your tone.
Google Calendar
Reads your schedule, checks availability, creates or updates events, and helps coordinate meeting times.
Document Q&A
Reads PDFs, contracts, proposals, and internal documents to answer specific questions about their content.
Content generation
Writes social posts, blog drafts, product descriptions, ad copy, and other marketing content aligned to your brand.
Gmail integration
Accesses your inbox to read emails, apply labels, draft responses, and flag messages that need attention.
The feature request pipeline
Every Custom plan subscriber has access to an ongoing feature request pipeline. This is how your agent grows alongside your business without requiring a new engagement or additional setup fee.
You submit a request through your account dashboard describing what you want your agent to be able to do. We review the request, determine whether it requires a new tool integration or a prompt change, and scope the work within 48 hours.
Simple changes — prompt updates, new response formats, behavior adjustments — are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. New tool integrations that require API work take 5-10 business days depending on complexity. You are notified when the update goes live and can test it immediately.
Feature packs are also available for Standard plan users who want to add specific capabilities without upgrading to Custom. Three custom features cost $199 as a one-time addition; eight custom features cost $449. These are scoped and built to your specification using the same process.
